Volunteer Information

Thank you for your interest in volunteering.  Please download and complete the volunteer information package below.  For the board application please complete and submit accoridng to the directions on the form.  For the Coaches Application, the information will be sent directly to a Executive Board Member, that will be reviewed and forward to the Coaches Screening Committee.

BFA will perform a background check on all volunteers at the cost of the applicant.  The fee is $20 and will be due upon submission of application.
