CHEER REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL 2018 SEASON IS NOW CLOSED. REGISTRATION FOR 2019 WILL OPEN IN MID-MARCH 2019.
Cheerleading at BFA is an excellent program for girls to participant in sideline cheerleading for our youth football program as well as performing in the county wide competition “Cheer-Off”. Girls grades 1st-8th for the 2018 school year are welcome to register.
Registration - The cost is $295. The registration cost covers camp uniform, game day shoes, game day bow, cheer camp (held 1st week of practice), supplemental insurance, league fees, youth night ticket, Corky Kell ticket, Cheer Off entry fee, trophy, and spirit money.
The first day of registration is March 17, 2018 and will close mid-May for cheerleading. Please note this is earlier than football registration ends. March 17th is a walk-up registration, but we highly encourage online registration at www.bfabroncos.com.
Uniforms - *2018 is the final year on our current uniform. Returning Cheerleaders can use the 2016/17 uniform. New and returning Cheerleaders can participate in the uniform exchange. BFA will hold our Uniform Fitting/Exchange on April 28 at Grace Fellowship Church from 10am-2pm, by grade. A new uniform package can be purchased for $190 which includes skirt, shell, crop top, bloomers and pom poms. The cost of any garment purchases outside of registration fees is an additional cost.

1st – Lyn Wilson
2nd – Leigh Singleton
3rd – Megan Gayle
4th – Jessica Hand and Marti Hamilton
5th – Amanda Huff
6th – Shani Jackson
7th – Chanda Bell
8th – Giselle Howell and Judith Fitz
* A second coach is an indication if the grade has two football teams these are the coaches identified for the 2nd team. We may require additional coach’s once we confirm there is a 2nd football team.
March 17 – Registration opens
April 28 – Mandatory fitting 10 am – 2 pm location at Grace Fellowship Church. (All registered cheerleaders must attend. This will be the fitting for camp wear, shoes, uniforms, etc.)
May 21 – Mandatory final fitting 6 - 7 PM location at Brookwood High School Lodge. (All registered cheerleaders must attend if you did not attend on 4/28. This will be the fitting for camp wear, shoes, uniforms, etc.)
July 11 - Emma Harris Cheerleading Clinic. A chance to learn and grow cheer essentials in a small group setting from the Brookwood HS Cheerleaders
July 18 – Split Team Evaluations and uniform pick-up location TBD
July 23 – First day of practice – (This is our first week of practices where we hold camp with the BHS cheerleaders at Brookwood HS)
August 5 - Pictures 1:00 - 6:00 PM
August 11 – Jamboree
October 13 – Final Game of the Season
October 14 – Cheer-off (Date to be finalized by GFL)
